Restaurant
Our restaurant serves dishes based on the local produce available throughout the year, parts of which we grow on our own farm 10km away, or whatever else is in season on the island. Menues are created by Fredrik Malmstedt with focus on seasonal products, local vegetables, our own herbs and flowers that grow on the island and a rustic simplicity that rhymes with the raw environment we are located in.
Fredrik has many years of experience from the restaurant business. He has won silver in World Cup Luxembourg and been member of the Swedish Culinary Team for 4 years. Fredrik will ensure that the food quality at Fabriken Furillen are of high quality.
Stefano Catenacci head chef at Operakällaren restaurant and gastronomic director for all restaurants within the Nobis group oversees our restaurant as well.
