Food at Furillen

Our restaurant is led by Chef Luqaz Ottosson and his dedicated team. This summer, you will be able to enjoy breakfast as well as lunch and dinner at our restaurant.

No matter when you eat with us, we put our hearts into culinary craftsmanship and local produce. Our ever-changing menus are shaped entirely by the seasons and the best ingredients available right now.

 

We combine what we forage from the wild on Furillen with exceptional produce from our favourite Gotland suppliers.

 

Cooking over open fire, we prepare our dishes in our outdoor kitchen, where the wood-fired oven takes center stage.

Alongside the food, we offer a carefully curated selection of beverages, whether you prefer our recommended pairings or wish to explore our wine list. We are equally passionate about non-alcoholic drinks, which we craft in-house with great care and attention.
