Dinner at Furillen
During the summer we serve a 4-course dinner at our communal tables in the dining room overlooking the Baltic Sea. The dinner is made with the very best produce from Gotland at the moment. Most of it from the farm, Nyplings, where we grow all of the vegetables ourselves.
Of course if weather allows we will serve dinner outside.
We welcome both big and small gourmets, but we will kindly ask you to respect the tranquillity many of our guests seek when they come to dine and stay at Furillen. We can do a main course with simpler flavours for our youngest guests to enjoy at the table, this can also be served in your room if you are a guest at the hotel.

The family farm Nyplings is located in Lokrume, Gotland. Nyplings is the main core to our food philosophy, where we try to get as much as possible from our own fields and forest. We grow a lot of different vegetables, as well as apple trees (that we also make our cider from). We try to pickle and cure as much as possible from what nature gives us during the rest of the year so that you can enjoy it all during the summer at Furillen.
If you want to visit he farm you are more than welcome to come by the farm shop where you can see the vegetable plot and get some prime greens to bring you home.
Furillen is open for larger groups during the whole year. We can do everything from photo teams to weddings, or maybe have your conference meeting in our old factory.
