
Food at Furillen
Our restaurant is led by Chef Luqaz Ottosson and his dedicated team.

We serve a set 5-course menu that highlights what we forage from the wild here on Furillen, as well as ingredients from our favourite producers on Gotland. The menu is dynamic and changes continuously with the seasons. All dishes are prepared in our outdoor kitchen, with the wood-fired oven taking center stage.

Alongside the menu, we offer a carefully curated selection of beverages, whether you prefer our recommended pairings or wish to explore our wine list. We are equally passionate about non-alcoholic drinks, which we craft in-house with great care and attention.

On Sundays up until 21 December, we also serve a long, leisurely lunch featuring seasonal dishes prepared in the same spirit.
